Also I'm not quite sure what you want to do with Arnautovic in the next few months if it's not giving him a chance? We can't sell him, not yet. We've invested 27m plus something around 90k a week wages on a 4 or 5 deal.

Maybe you're right and we should just take a hit on that investment and and bin a proven, club record player without giving him a chance to play himself back into form.

Sorry B, but that is bollocks. First of all you are making excuses for him abut our poor start, okay that don't help of course but it's still no excuse for him being shit to date. I don't expect him to turn up looking like Messi but I expect a 27 million quid player who has been plying his trade in the PL for years to come in and pretty much hit the ground running and look at least decent just like many other players with that type of background do.

So if he turns in another rancid performance again tomorrow you will just shrug your shoulders and it's okay he hasn't been here long give, him another 3 months? Utter rubbish.

He is playing for a team that started the season poorly, and isn't built around getting the best out of him. feel free to condemn him after 5 games if you like, i tend to give players a good half a season to settle in, but im a bit more patient that most.

Ayew was probably only signed as a sweetener for Payet. I’m hoping we’ll see more from Arnie. A lot more if I’m honest. They both seem to me to be bang average players in a hugely inflated transfer market.

Bit harsh to be judging Arnie considering he's only played a handful of games for us. I would also suggest you lay the blame for Ayew at the doors of the owners for not getting him the season before when he was a freebie.
